By booking with IOMed (Dr Maarten Van Kets), you agree to these terms. Services include all occupational health assessments (lead, asbestos, diving, OEUK, IRR, OH consultations). Governed by English law.

1. Services

We provide assessment only — no diagnosis or treatment. All medicals by HSE-appointed, GMC-registered doctor.

2. Booking & Payment

• Book via phone/email
• Payment on booking (card/BACS)
• On-site (7+): 50% deposit

3. Cancellation Policy

Single Appointments:

• Less than 2 working days: 100% charge
• 2–3 working days: 50% charge
• 3+ working days: Full refund

Block/Day Bookings (7+):

• Within 4 working days: 100% charge
• Within 6 working days: 50% charge

4. Client Duties

• Provide accurate health info
• Arrive on time with ID
• Follow clinic safety rules

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Health outcomes from exposure
• Employer decisions
• Non-attendance or delays

Clients remain responsible for workplace safety (see HSE guidance).
